hey Sir, thanks for your Work! im courious about, after your reassembly did it work again?Ive done the same thing but mein dont really want to connect after assembly, ive tried everything i think. i hope you could have any ideas to make it work again. Problem shows up at the beginning, i want to pair with my phone its not registered so its like a new cam (previously it was working after, ive removed from app and disassemblied, its not working anymore its Blinking but no connection.) If the phone does not see the camera is wifi antennae probably not connected properly, please double check

I got the same grinder. Did the same procedure. It works. Only difference I sprayed WD40 on the rusted part and it was instantly free to rotate. I still dissasembled more to touch on every rusty and dirty spots. Probably lithium or general purpose grease would have been a bettter option but there are no wheelbearings. Everything held by brushes. I think B&D should have created metal bowl all the way up to the lid. It would prevent coffee powder getting inside the the motor.

I bought a bunch of these from Dollarama in Canada, and have used them a lot for camping. They are bright, and one charge usually gets me through the night. The best is that it's rechargeable and not one of those "requires 3 AAA batteries" things. It's less than $5, and a good value at that price.

Hello! There is no problem with the azimuth alignment hole, in fact it is at the perfect place. The secret is that Luxman made it special, they put an extra hole on their own cassettes, and that hole on the Luxman cassettes aligns with this hole. So if you want to align the azimuth, you have to get a Luxman cassette. Hope this helps. Thank you for this video! 🙂

Hello my friend! I have this exact same amp. It was a wedding gift to my parents and was a record player stereo, of quite high quality back in the 70s. Ours worked well over the years at our cabin but in the last few years it started acting up. When the volume was increased it will cut out or die. If you can help with anything I'd appreciate it. You mentioned the pots need to be cleaned? What could I use to clean them? Your help is much appreciated.

I have the Sony WM-FS420 i was playing it for over an hour one day no problem Tape player worked all the functions worked radio was fine. Then a few days later went to play it and the screen would not power on (blank) the cassette player runs mechanically fine but no sound through the headphones nor does the Radio work. I changed the batteries and even left them out overnight, noting works.. Is their some sort of Ribbon connection in these that break or any other connection?

This is a puzzling one! If the motor spins then power is delivered to the main IC. Such behavior can be an indication of corrosion on the main board or electrolytic caps go bad.

The click at 41:15 is not a shutter, it's the solenoids of the IR cut device. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infrared_cut-off_filter

@@godmarback9866 Thank you for comment, of course I meant the IR filter not the exposure shutter. There is no shutter in this camera for exposure purpose. But technically this is still a shutter carrying the IR filter.

Yes, it uses server side "AI" to detect stuff I have not tried to see if it detect motion when disconnected from the network....

Interesting. Everything seems to be very cheaply made nowadays. I wonder if the nib lets too much ink through, or the ink isn't viscous enough. I would think that the 'vintage' ink would be better. Maybe you can get a vintage fountain pen syringe which has an ink reservoir and plunger combined and use the older ink. Back in the 80s and 90s, Parker Quink was the best in the UK.

Could it be that the power bank or phone is negotiating a lower charge rate than the solar panel is capable of producing? My home office window gets full sun in the morning and heats up the office quickly (few homes have AC in the UK). I was thinking of getting a big enough solar panel to hang on the outside of the window as a sun screen and part-power one of my laptops. It turns out to be an expensive way to provide a small amount of power, though.

This panel is garbage. I bought it after another YT was endorsing it(who was getting paid to speak good things about the panel). The panel is garbage and you will never get 30w output from it (or even half of that). If you look at the packaging box at the start of the video, it says 18w via usb-c. It may as well be a 20w panel.

I did not think about this! I would have to re-do the experiment and try to use 2 or may be 3 loads simultaneously to see what would be the total power draw. But I agree they output is minimal, better to stick with proper 400W or so panels form reputable brands... eg LG

@@InsideOutElectronics No, it is a garbage panel and I'm going to leave appropriate feedback on amazon. The USB-C is maxed out at 18W regardless. It says so on the box and in the manual. What is the point of making it a 30W panel if it outputs max 18W. Bad product design. You may as well make a 100W panel and make it a gimmick. I have other panels, mostly 40W and they really support max output 40W, and they use USB-C as well. So one might say then, well, if you plug in a USB-C and max that out at 18W and then plug in a USB-A at the same time,and you get additional wattage there, and you will top out at 40W. NO -- WRONG. If you plug in a USB-A while maxing out on the USB-C at 18W, your USB-C wattage drops. I plugged in a USB-A and was getting 5W via it and then the USB-C dropped from 18W to 12W, so the total net output was <= 18W. Garbage device that is poorly designed.

Mine has the small PCB attached to the motor bracket, as you mentioned some do. It's weird that they used two different designs without indicating it in the model number. This is one of the more difficult decks I've worked on! Trying to get that switch attachment back into place next to the flywheel? Not sure if I'll succeed.

@@InsideOutElectronics A close view would've allowed me to see things that aren't advertised like the S/PDIF header, the order of the troubleshoot LEDs, etc. Open any Techpowerup's GPU review and look at their circuit board analysis page. That's an example of a close view.
