I managed to gain a few valuable insights from this video but in other respects it was ruined by this woman saying she had "big balls" (sounded like "big bahlsz") over and over again. Very painful AND weird to listen to. One of the biggest mistakes a non-native English speaker can make is to try to use and get creative with standard English language expressions. Far from demonstrating competence in the use of English it almost always sounds completely unnatural and awkward. As someone who managed a guest house I noticed that many Germans had that habit, were proudly trying to sound like native speakers and of course they had no idea how odd they sounded because nobody would do them the favor of correcting all the errors.

I appreciate the comments regarding the healthcare industry. I’m a healthcare worker who is definitely traumatized by the toxic medical system and the moral injury so many of us endure. Being caught up in the system as a patient or a healthcare worker …each comes with its own challenges. I regularly wonder if it would be best to simply leave healthcare as a profession altogether.

This emptiness is a big achievement that indeed has a difficult side, and entails much discomfort and suffering. But the next step is unveiling the fullness of the bodily energies that bring one to ananda, a quiet inner joy thst no longer dwells in the melancholy mental philosophy of the non-dualism described here.

Just saw my message from 3 weeks ago. Doesn't make sense now. Did experience anger coming out everywhere, and it still is. Relationships with others are shit, not sure if I didn't go backwards, not anyone in any communication circle to talk to. Will look at finding a non dual guide. This format is nice but I need more. There I said it. Seriously I'm looking at where I was three weeks ago and that is the only benefit. Been through hell alone zero guidance from anyone. Next? There. Said that also. Not gonna lie, its not easy.

I like to live in peace and harmony with my environment. To me, it makes totally sense, that is is what it is, for no reason and for no person. I had a conversation with someone who has a strong believe in god. The conversation was beautiful, we both are very open. Interestingly he has the same attitude to life even though he comes from the opposite point of view.

When people ask me "Are you depressed?" Or they try to say I am depressed, I go "Nah, depression is waaa I want to be happy but I just can't, no matter how hard I try!!! I don't chase happiness, cause chasing happiness only leads to misery. Although it got me thinking, enlightenment is kind of just depression without bein depressed....lol."

Heart is pounding she says....I ask this, what's the difference between the heart simply beating and it pounding...it's the same action. You can beat someone up, and you can pound someone lol. Same thing. We say our heart is pounding but that's nothing out of the norm, it's always pounding, it's pumping blood. If it wasn't pounding away, you would be motionless on the floor lol.

There is only God which includes ‘us’, ‘we’ are God, ‘we’ are doing this. There has never been anything but your doing, you are not only the existence of the entirety of your experience but everything that has ever happened or anything that will ever happen, there is no other or external everything is internal, it is all you. There is no need for anything to be identified as being in particular and therefore no individuality, and so there is everything as a whole or wholeness which is already free from the need for anything to happen and so just absolute freedom (non-duality)
