@@MK2GolfStories @MK2GolfStories My thermostat is remain stuck in the middle of the road, I was about to remove the thermostat in the gas station but, i choose the fill up the whole cooling system with antifreeze and thermostat come back to life again 😂 Anyways, thank a lot for your feedback. If i can't reach the antifreeze someday, i will use 14 mm socket, Thanks again 😁

@@markflight8656 hi mate Have you tried disconnecting the connection to the WUR (warm up regulator) on the side of the engine (think it controls 5th injector ). You could always try asking Grey Goose on here or Instagram, he knows his shit

Generally if it’s not clicking when the throttle is closed. There is a double relay under the dash which controls the ISV. I think it’s number 122 off the top of my head. The ECU controls the ISV and it’s dependant on so many things. I think voltage to it could be a red herring. Check things like vacuum from the ecu, check all pipes. Check the relay behind centre console in dash. Soak the ISV in petrol / carb cleaner -‘d shale it. Does the ISV buzz?

NICE!! We had to use some engine enable that you applied with a brush was very thing stuff anyway. Could have done a better job with it tbh

I haven’t, I can try and do one, it’s pretty simple though. Get a friend to hold the door and loosen the 4 bolts holding the door to the hinges, move the door up / down tighten and see how it sits. Then replete until it’s better! Glad you find the content useful!:)

@@MK2GolfStories yea... soaking didnt do anything in my case, i will need to figure it out myself, i guess it's a charm of old cars, they are not so hard to repair but the rust and old screws are the hard part. By timing gear i mean crankshaft wheel (top one) and lower pulley wheel that i mentioned at 5:00. sorry my english is not perfect and i might misspeled something. @@MK2GolfStories Sir, only the white connector with 6 pins on it. (Only the electrical part, not the mechanical barrel, were you put the key into it). You have the barrel and right after it the plastic connector. I don't have to dismantle or to remove anything. Many thanks for your help.

The seal is quite easy to replace. Just count how many turns it takes you to remove the screw. Replace the seal then put it back in the same number or turns

I think you’d struggle. The push rod slides forward when you lift the clutch cable. You might be able to access it and pull it out when the release bearing is out, but I’m unsure. @@MK2GolfStories thanks for the reply. reason why i wanted to change it because i dont think it ever has been, and i swapped out the bearing and the seals and the other peices when i put my 020 back in but left the rod. i have a feeling the tip of the rod has been worn down causing my gears to not engage 100% every time. its the only piece i haven't swapped
