Please follow the process : You require a tachometer. If you do not have then use your hearing sense most cautiously. 1) Increase idling spreed to 1300 RPM. 2) Clockwise turn the mixture to completely tighten it. 3) Unscrew slowly and continue to unscrew it till maximum RPM is reached. 4) Reset the idling back to 800-1000 RPM where engine is smooth. You reached the optimum point of efficiency & power.

Can someone explain in english why place flywheel timing at 15 degrees when manual says ignition timing should be at 7 degree before tdc

must not set 15 degree, it will give some more pick but will disturb engine health, so set it at 7 to get optimal performance

Local mechanic removed thermostat valve Coolant in my maruti 800 without my permission...will this affect the car?

Yes, fuel performance will go down and engine life will reduce. Engine must be at its operating temperature that is not possible without thermostat valve.

Koi samj nahi a rahi, edle speed zyada karengay to zahir hay speed zyada hogi fuel ap kam kar do aor idle zyada to per bhe speed zyada he hogi.idle ko kedar rakhen takeh saheh adjust ho jetna tight karengay speed to utne he zyada hoge.

there are two screw, one is for idle speed and other one is for air fuel mixture, first increase some idle speed when engine is hot (run it for 15 minutes) then adjust air mixture to maximum speed, then turn idle speed to normal done.
