sounds like you just need to lower your "bit per pixel" .. this is assuming your seeing your sreen in some way once its set to 120hz. with or without the green glitchy stuff. some tvs just cant support this much. so - that being said id work backwards - go from highest to lowest until you find a BPP (Bit Per Pixel) value your tv supports whilst still allowing 120hz. my tv supports the maximum value but ive have people report not being able to do 120 without having the lowest BPP setting .all depends on your display but this usually fixes it. ps, dont forget to put your resolution back to 1080p

Ok so I realized it still Works to get game pass games DOESNT work for game pass capabilities WITHIN certain games . Idk how familiar u r with valorant but there are agents u can unlock to play with in game currency , but with game pass, ALL are free, I just did this method and it’s still saying all are not free . @Expiredmay0 lower the bit per pixel. Your TV likely doesn't support this mode (though sometimes it still works) so you may have run out of bandwidth. Turning the bit per pixel to a lower value should free up some bandwidth over the HDMI cable and fix this.

@Expiredmay0 if you are speaking about controller audio - this wouldn't effect that. You must resync your remote and/or hard reset your console (power button for 15 seconds while on until screen goes black) and then resync

Enables quality of service between your xbox and modem/router. essentially - the short simple way of explaining it is you skip the line. So lets say if somebody is watching netflix but half the movie is already loaded - meanwhile your in the other room trying to play a game - it will put the movie on hold for a split second because it wont be effected by latency - whereas gaming is heavily effected by latency. so - you skip the line. usually results in higher download and lower ping as a result. shouldn't effect the other users on the network. their devices likely already have this enabled by default. this is the technical definition : "Quality of Service (QoS) is a set of technologies used in networking to manage and prioritize data traffic to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of critical applications and services. It helps reduce latency, jitter, and packet loss by allocating bandwidth and controlling the performance of different types of network traffic, ensuring that important data is transmitted with the highest priority."

Unless your using a vpn, I highly reccomend not changing dns. If you MUST change your dns for whatever reason, use Google dns coudflare dns. Both are free and somewhat decent, but your default one will ALWAYS be faster. This is only not true in very very rare cases
