Ugh, this version is so inferior to MSG or the official album version that I can't even listen to it.

My following comments are from watching the original B&W 4K Cover video: OMG, the tissues I've 🤧 gone through since I discovered David Draiman and Disturbed performing their rendition of "The Sound of Silence" on April 29, 2024. That day I have to believe my spirit 🙏 guides (out of the blue) first led me to a cover video by Dan Vasc singing "Amazing Grace" which was phenomenal 👏 and then to the cover video of Disturbed and David Draiman singing this most POWERFUL, EMOTIONAL 😂rendition of Simon and Garfunkels "The Sound of Silence". NOTE: For those interested, here's some history on Paul Simon, who wrote the song in 1964. Watch their video from back then. It's a whole different vibes. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sound_of_Silence I'm 75 and was 15 when they released one of the most popular, iconic classical songs of our time during the 60's. It's amazing how relevant it is today. Actually, I feel it is even more relevant now more than ever, by how we're so attached to our electronics and don't actually share our thoughts and feelings with each other. Because of that, it actually becomes more difficult to do so. We are losing our ability to really be able to communicate with each other. No wonder we've become so divided. I've spent days listening and seeing the many Reactional channel hosts and each of your reactions and hearing all of your comments, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I still 😢 almost every time I watch and listen to it. I've also noticed that more males have shown more emotion and gotten teary-eyed than the females, just an observation. Thanks, from Diane😊❤

THE LATE GREAT BOBBY HATFIELD NEVER LETS US DOWN WITH HIS COUNTER TENOR VOCALS!
@robinsnest4306Ай бұрын
No, there are two of the brothers. It’s just that he did a solo performance on that song. You need to look up you’re my soul and my heart inspiration and you’ve lost that loving feeling. Those are too great songs by the righteous brothers when Bill sings along with Bobbi

The bassist was 13 in this recording. They are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico. They are about to release their fourth LP at the end of June. Rock is still alive with these three. The guy acting like a preacher is their manager Rudy. They've got something like 60 songs and not one of them is bad. BTW, the drummer only sings on about 1/4 of their songs. The lead guitarist is the main lead singer and the bass player sings backup mostly.

ive heard a few Led Zep standards. Stairway to heaven. Whole lot of love etc i could tell they were a brilliant band but i thought people were going overboard saying they were the greatest ever. But after watching this performance with my jaw on the floor i totally get it

He’s not belting. That entire song…perfectly controlled supported head voice. He’s a counter tenor so his range is stratospheric.

It's the last filmed show, he died 8 weeks later, this was from june 21, he died in august 16... Elvis was so sick here, he had already had 3 heart attacks at this stage of his life, before he sits down you can hear that he can hardly breath and he stutters, but then he sits down and sings like this...

Why do people start this video with him singing. The video starts with him and the other righteous brother talking about this song. The other brother didn't think this was going to be a hit so he didn't sing it with him. You've Lost that Loving feeling is with both of them

ive done mma for 4 years and a martial art for much longer before, a mate of mine is a boxer and we did this at the last 3 parties we were at together and even while crossfaded as all hell he still managed to only tag me 3 times in 6 rounds. its the most fun thing to do though with you and a mate.

You're developing bad habits. Hands up. Chin tucked. When you throw a punch, throw it just like a power shot with your hips and everything in it (but pull back to avoid hurting your partner). Sparring is simulating a fight, so don't just play tag with your hands.
