Good job with the build but from a tradesman standpoint, in terms of unions, the flow hits the back of the nut. I see quite a few unions backwards.

I'm making this primarily for my reef tank, but my father wants to come get rodi water for his freshwater tank. How much salt "backwash" would you say would be in the line? Does that make sense? In my case would you just prime a couple cups out first before filling his jugs so he doesn't get any saltwater?

Hi, Great videos. I do have a question about Square back Anthias males, which I see you have added to a few tanks in your videos. I have a 3 year old male, with 1.5 year old female, 180 gallon mixed reef, but the male has after 2 years decided to be very aggressive toward my Solar Wrasse, dont know if you have any ideas on how to stop this. I feed 4 times a day, plenty of rock work, done the mirror trick, moved aqua scape around, took the male Anthias out for a week. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The system is amazing, but Im trying to comprehend the concept of the refugium in this system....if there is a need to dose for nitrates would it not be better to just run the protein skimmer for a certain time period so the nitrates build up enough for the Refugium to operate without the need to dose ?
