Just FYI, I didn’t load the conventional 3 45s on each side (i show this in the uncut video). I had a 55, 45, 25 and 10 on each side plus the 45 lb bar. Just wanted to clear that up before people chimed in with “how is it 315 when you’re using a 10 lb plate?”

Nice setup. I have that rack on the way. A couple things Id like to know that you kind of breezed over starting will what J cups did you get? Are those the 4x6 or 3x4 stalll mats? and what tape do you use to hold the mats together? Thanks

Has the depth of the cage been an issue for you at all? 24" doesn't seem like a lot of room to work. I have a chance to buy this for $200 new in the box (no bench). Really considering it.

I’ve been working out with a the Cap stand squat rack (w/safety arms). I can’t squat more than 300 lbs or bench more than 180 lbs. A weight capacity of 800 lbs sounds incredible for that price. More rack than I’ll (or 99% of the planet) will ever need. Thank you for sharing!!!
