I love it... I think you need to improve the title and properly add ranking tags (according to the content) in the video tags section. You should also share the video on various social media sites. That way you can easily reach a nice audience with your videos... Your dedication to your channel and the concept of your videos is really impressive. you're doing pretty well.But your content isn't getting the viewership you want...I believe this will meet all your needs... and I wish you the best on your journey on KZfaq..

Phil mentioned the book “Stay 40” it ordered it on kindle and it’s fantastic- I bought the hardcover and am re reading it! And Phil is mentioned in the book. If you are interested in aging well the book is a must read! Thank you for this great video. I’m rewatching it 😊👍🏻

Ion minerals , by Zach bush have helped me w my mood , allergies , asthma , gut issues .. 3 tsp through out the day .. gums feel better too .. using them for 4 months went off for a a week and notices some of those old symptoms started coming back .. we need minerals .. Her books are packed with scientific studies. There’s no fluff common in best selling longevity books. After reading both books, I realized they were a labor of love. They’re hard to find in public libraries. The bad part is that I took over 60 supplements- many of them came from her books. Some are traditional Chinese and Indian medicines. She also ranks them and provides a paradigm model going over 7 tenets similar to the 10 hallmarks of aging. The model, the Kaufman Rating System organizes the 40 supplements into the 7 areas. There’s so much background info that makes sense of medical ease discussed on KZfaq longevity content creators. I’ve read 40 books on longevity related subjects and I would put her books in the top 5 if not top 2. I got hooked on her system watching over 10 videos of her and her books fill-in much information and it’s worth the money. I wish she would make a third book covering other supplements touted on KZfaq such as methylate blue, creatinine, methyl folate, and Ashwagandha. In addition she doesn’t discuss the Sirt 1 and 3 activators in books- another reason for a 3rd book. Thank you for enriching the lives of others.

I definitely wouldn't be surprised if she publishes a 3rd book and it most definitely would include the Sirt's and other supplements and compounds you mentioned. I also plan to have her book for a second conversation as we only scratched the surface.

However, supply is limited, which is why you see them out of stock frequently. Shipping will take some time to get to the US. However, there is going to be a solution to this soon that will alleviate this issue for us stateside people. When I can speak on it more, subscribers on YT and my email readers will be the first to know.
