Thank you. Your country is so sweet. I am still here almost 3-weeks later & enjoying every moment as I count down my days before I going back home...... I feel everyone should enjoy USA experience at least once in a lifetime, that would change our perception back at home & understand why we are referred to as 3rd World and probably see how we can become a developed country in future. But most importantly I enjoyed the Conference❤️

This negative coping mechanism may lead to Addictions, before you point at them, ask what they were coping from. Others are suicidal out of denial of; being rejected , contracting a disease , unable to nursing a heartbreak, debts , collapsed business etc. There are alot of issues that affects Employees. We no longer talk of Work-life balance, we talk of good Quality of life both at home & at work. This can only be achieved by show of empathy, care & kindness with each other. How do you differentiate between Psychosomatic symptoms, and the physical illnesses. Psychosomatic symptoms are physical illnesses caused by mental illnessess, most of the time people visit hospitals more frequently because they tend to treat the physical illnesses , which is a symptomp in this case, other than treating the underlying cause which is a mental health issue. Such illnesses includes, Fatigue, Insomnia, ulcers, headaches, migraines, stomachaches, muscle pain, back pain, Blood pressure, Diabetes, breathing issues, Indigestion, acidity, Erectile dysfunction, impotence, Skin rash, stiff neck , liver & kidney diseases because of too much uptake of medicines yet you are treating symptoms and not the cause...etc Think of Addiction which doubles as a medical & mental health disease, can also be a symptom of an underlying mental health issue example someone going through divorce and not knowing how to cope with the loss of a family , partner & divorce process, can end up taking substance/drugs to "relief stress" which is a maldaptive behaviour / negative coping mechanism, and they end up in addiction, unless you process the divorce, taking them to rehab will be shortlived.
