I still want to know what the millions of dollars in new revenue from the rental registration will be spent on.

FYI - Registering your rental will now expose property owners who were previously shielded by their LLCs and Land Trusts to the public. This registration will come with a host of new fees that will ultimately cause rents to increase. I recommend raising rents "proactively" to ensure your business doesn't suffer any losses due to this government overreach. Also, with thousands of apartments and rental houses in the Metro area, that will be potentially tens of millions of dollars in fees collected by the registry counsel just on the initial registration. Where can we get transparency on the management of those funds, (which is essentially a new tax levied on property owners)?

Years ago Louisville EMS responded to each situation as a full emergency with the full response. Vehicles were seemingly used as mobile first aid wagons in low incomed areas rather than as critical needs. Response times for move affluent areas needing critical medical care was considered very poor. Has that changed?
