I'm so impressed with your company. Asking for input from customers, listening & trying to accommodate them is an excellent business practice. I just rec'd a tray from you yesterday & I'm using it today. It's a multi-grid & it's the best tray ever! All I have to do to empty the drills through the spout is put the lid on & shake the drills loose from the grids. Awesome! You included a cover minder with the magnet inside--which I didn't even know existed--as a gift. Genius idea! I can't wait for the new tray to come out. If I'm understanding correctly, the drills won't get stuck in the lanes when emptying from the trays. That's a huge pet peeve of mine. If I wasn't on such a small retirement income, I'd be buying more of your products. Even though I have a limited budget, I will be buying & supporting your company when I can. I'm excited to see the growth of Bella de Art Nicole. With your business practices (such as listening to customers), your creativity in developing products, & having skills in making 3D products, you're on your way to success. Knowing your company supports artists & listens to customers is so refreshing. Keep up the great work!

Sending love and hugs. I had to go through the same as you. No kids, had to have a hysterectomy because of a fibroid the size of a Grapefruit. It sucked so bad. I cried too. But I do have pets that I consider my kids.
