Had the jacked up plus power rack for about two months and I love it. Everything runs smooth pulleys and smith machine. Took about 8 hours to put together and was rather easy with the video

No seated leg extensions or chest flys/rear delt flys though...

After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

I bought a French Fitness unit with all free weights and other than the weight stack, it looks identical. Not sure if it's the same manufacturer under a different label.

Can I add plates to the Smith machine to do hip thrusts? Is there a spot to store the plates on the sides?

Ordered the power rack and though considered having it professionally installed. The prices ranged from 600 but extra of over blah blah blah To 1200 Heck I did it myself and it’s intense but easy . I had no help customer service is awesome . Remember this when assembling there will be a part you can’t find can’t remember the number but open the bag with the chains and it’s there So far so good

My Gym arrived from California last week. I had it professionally assembled (I live in Kansas). I love this all-in-one gym. It is incredible the types of workouts you can do and the weight stacks are awesome. Pulley's and cables are very strong. I purchased all of the accessories and they just add to this awesome machine. The unit is about 1,200 pounds and solid as a rock. I highly recommend this all in one gym for anybody who wants to workout at home...you will not be disappointed. Don from Jacked-up-fitness was awesome to talk to made this a seamless process, from original order to completed assembly

Nice rack but is not hard to workout with another person at the same time?? specially if orher person doing a different workout than you are?? I workout with my wife 3x a week and she does different workouts than I do. So trying to figure out if this rack or rep fitnes ares will work?? Or maybe I just better off having all separate pieces🙄

Really enjoyed your video. I'm thinking heavily on getting this unit, but only have a spare bedroom to put it in. In your opinion (since yours is in a spare bedroom) do you think it would fit comfortably in a 10'10" x 10'10" room. By the measurements I'm thinking it would, but I'm looking in terms of some chest Flys using the cables. Thanks!
