Un po' di storia: I due principali produttori con brevetti di questo attrezzo che ormai è patrimonio dell'umanità... pensateci: Questi attrezzi con i giratubi e le filiere sono quelli che eroicamente hanno portato servizi igienici e acqua corrente nelle nostre case e nelle nostre città, sono la quintessenza stessa della nostra civiltà come le fogne e gli acquedotti o le strade per i romani. I primi produttori sono stati pressapoco simultaneamente la vecchia BAHCO svedese, che continua ancora oggi la produzione in Spagna (non Irega) e qualcosa di recente negli USA negli stabilimenti Snap-on di cui Bahco è proprietà. Tra l'altro, quella originale della casa, ha un rivestimento blu trasparente poco aggraziato che sa di vecchio, il rosso Virax per il cantiere è semplicemente il colore perfetto perchè si ritrova tutto a colpo d'occhio così, non si perde niente. Si capisce poco da questo video l'eccezionalità della chiave. Le ganasce assottigliate sono eccezionali perchè consentono di lavorare efficacemente in combinazione sugli esagoni ribassati con bassa accessibilità dove servirebbero utensili speciali, soprattutto nella raccorderia, nelle ghiere di registro, e nell'impiantistica industriale delle macchine utensili. Le due chiavi riescono addirittura a lavorare in combinazione una entro la fresatura dell'altra. Un' ottima selezione migliorata dal rivestimento protettivo in colore rosso. Bravo Bravo ancora Virax. L'unico rammarico è che questo modello rosso così non venga fabbricato nella misura da 4" altrimenti la comprerei per tenermela nel fodero il multitool che tengo sempre in macchina per le riparazioni di emergenza. Troppo belle davvero.
