I actually fractured T7 and T8 and think I also have strained or tore muscles. 10 weeks in and its very painful. Not sure if its connected.

I sneezed and this happened. At first i thought it was my work out but nothing really stood out as off the chart intense, normal routine. Then i recalled sneezing pretty strongly once and now every breath is a torture. I'm 3 days in and had it worst last night out driving. Put on some ice now felt a bit more flexible but still aching in every simple movement, pulling around my top left. I'm worried it'll take too long coz I'm on an exercise program. Godspeed guys.

Except that bursitis and hamstring tendonitis are completely different. Bursitis has nothing to do with muscles. It is inflamed bursa that need to rest to heal. I did these exercises and it agitated the bursa and made the pain much worse. Rest without pressure on sits bones.

I have heard that cross fiber massage may cause more pain as you are re-orienting the structure of the fibers in this area which does not mean necessarily that it is a bad thing. Yet if you are massaging the bursa instead of the muscle and tendon it may in fact make it worse
@mrpentium
@mrpentium 13 сағат бұрын
You are right they are different but occur in the same area and muscle spasms and guarding because of the bursitis may mimic hamstring tendinopathy. I think it’s possible to have both. The video even says it’s not that simple but may involve muscles near and at the hamstring. That’s why the massage starts with that area before going higher to treat the bursitis.

I had chronic pain in my right side rib/flank and back for 14 years and doctors have no clue. I mainly feel it when i twist or turn torso. Could it be intercostal muscle strain lasting this long? Please somebody csn reply? Thanks

My collarbone pain came around 5 month's ago since the left shoulder tendons stretched out. A local practioner helped re- fit the tendons back into socket area. Pain is daily. Can it cause collarbone to snap?

Does this heal eventually? It’s been 2 weeks and a half. First week was bad and now it’s bearable but still giving me a lot of anxiety. It’s so stiff and crampy on my right rib. It feels better later at night when I’m in bed. I also take muscle relaxers which help a lot. Just when I feel alright before going to bed, I wake up with the same soreness on my rib and back. Im so desperate for answers.
