Sorry cornstarch ginamit ko hindi corn flour. Alternatively, I used tapioca starch for thickening and gives a better smooth texture than flour.

Be careful with potatoes that have green skin. A greened potato indicates the presence of a toxin called Solanine which is considered a neurotoxin, and ingestion by humans can cause nausea and headaches and can lead to serious neurological problems and even death if enough is consumed. I found out this KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE According to the University of Idaho Cooperative Extension Service, "Potato tubers are specialized stems of a potato plant, and tubers that are exposed to light, will naturally turn green. The green is nothing more than chlorophyll, a harmless compound found in all green plants. However, when potato tubers turn green there is usually an increase in a glycoalkoloid compound called solanine. Consequently, it is important to store potatoes in the absence of light to prevent greening. Tubers with a high concentration of solanine will taste bitter, and can be harmful if eaten in large quantities. To be safe, it is best to not eat the green part of tubers." You do not need to discard green potatoes. Hello. I tried to bake these cupcakes on a regular and standard size cupcake liner and they sink. I also tried them on tulip liner and they did alright. But I wanted to ask you if it should have been ok on regular cupcake liner

Hi Carolyn, Although almost the same ingredients the texture and taste are different than chocolate pudding. This recipe mimics the consistency of melted semi-sweet chocolate with milk. Here are the ingredients showing different measurements Chocolate Pudding Ingredients 1 ⅓ cup sugar ⅔ cup cocoa ⅓ cup cornstarch 4 ½ cups milk 3-4 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon vanilla Chocolate Ganache made of cocoa powder Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup whole milk or evaporated milk 2/3 cup cocoa powder 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup cornflour 1/4 cup butter salted or unsalted add a pinch of salt 1 egg yolk

Hi Yes. I have to remove the air fryer drip tray. I made an aluminum foil drip tray and placed it in between the heating element of the air fryer. So the chicken will rotate properly without touching the drip tray.

Thank you😊 Best to use cotton kitchen twine. If you have a cheesecloth you may cut it into a string and use it instead. Toothpicks may work too. Pin the wings and then use wire or aluminum foil to wrap the chicken ankles to the spit. I have not tried it but it may work.

@@SweetKingTannernot as smart as I thought, it is fine if you want just a few but they must not tough the heating bars and the tray cant be pulled out with the roast potatoes on it, they will have to be take out with tongs. I tried it with foil on the tray to stop the potatoes from sticking to it, they cooked fine, it was just getting them out that was the problem but it did allow me to do a rotisserie chicken about 2 kilo in weight, I tied the legs to stop them hanging too low but it did work.

Hi, Step by step instructions👇 Measure and add all the dry ingredients in a saucepan - cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and corn starch. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk, then add the milk. Keep whisking on low heat until well incorporated, then add butter to melt. Add coffee granules to intensity the chocolate flavour, if desired Make sure on low heat, add the egg yolk and whisk until blended. After a few minutes, it will start to thicken. Add vanilla if desired. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl with a fine-mesh strainer. Strain for a smooth lump-free chocolate ganache. Use immediately to dip donuts or pastries, like eclairs or dipping sauce for churros. Refrigerate for an hour to thicken into a spreadable consistency for your cakes or cupcakes. Cooking in a conventional or convection oven will not be as crispier as cooking in an air fryer for sure. The fan and the air fryer function make all the difference.

Hi, Hindi dapat tumigas kung 25g ang melted white chocolate na nilagay. Only 25g of white chocolate is needed to help it set. Tumigas maybe if the temperature of the fridge is too cold or put in the freezer. If so, leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
