Pork belly burnt ends are the ultimate. After 2 1/2 hours i put them in a tray ,then add brown sugar and butter on top. Then cover and back for another hour. Then add sauce for 20 mins. Slowly working my way through your vlogs fella, keep up the good work mate👌👏

Quick tip mate if you rest it after the indirect cook you can eat it straight aftrt the sear. Also don't intentionally ever give dogs cooked bones regularly! Good video anyway looked bloody tasty
