Which class do you play? For me was key to always keep moving and to avoid (most) of his AOE damage. Try to fight him near the entrance, so you can ist those two health-fountains properly. And if you still struggle, farm a little bit more and get your gear-score up. This, in most cases, will help a lot with those bosses 🙃

You get them as rewards for finished tasks within the event. You can then use one of them to port to his location. For me he was to be found in Dark Wood.

Does she die in phase 1 or in phase 2 (after Baal jumpes into the portal)? If it is phase 2 I would suggest to keep moving, since he has a lot of aoe damage. Also kill those Abhorrent Growth stuff as fast as possible, since he gets heald by those. Try to save as many healing flasks within the first phase and use those heals he drops when you have hit him enough. If possible, try a lower difficulty (but Im not sure how this works since the overhaul of the system). And last but not least: good luck and have fun! :)

Yeah, that must be the Abhorrent Growth. Focus on them as soon as they spawn, keep moving to avoid his aoe and use damage from afar when possible (like the charge of my Barbarian). Use you healing flasks only as last resort, heal only when he drops heals himself :)

@@thebossfighter Yep, I'm on Inferno 2 and grind is too much to bother... however, an update with new content is to be released very soon... I expect Diablo himself to be in it... hopefully

I hope they do not make 4 more updates without him, cant wait to fight the Lord of Terror himself :) Was a bit gutted not to fight him in D4, but I think it makes sense in a varriety point of view for the franchise...

@@thebossfighter Judging by what we have seen, the story is near its conclusion. I read a rumor/leak of Diablo himself appearing somewhere in 2024... but we will see. There are two unresolved plot points, still... Spirit of Skarn (?), who i presume was freed after vanilla storyline, and King Fahir with his scepter. As of Diablo IV... I presume him to be the Final-FInal-Boss of the game after 2-4 years of its existance and several expansions.

Thats true, the endgame content of Immortal is way better than in 3 & 4... Looking forward for Vessel of Hatred. Hope it will reignite my love for Diablo :D

Just keep going, you will finally get there! Try to get some more paragon levels, but if you still stuggle, there is no shame in lowering the difficulty to maybe hell 4. And then beat the shit out of this m.... :D
