@@VideoManDan Titusville is it's own town just like Pennington & Hopewell. The rest of the area is the Hopewell Township. Those 3 towns cover the area for fire and rescue. I grew up in that area.

Whenever I come up on traffic merging on to the road I am driving on, if I can, I move over to the left, even though I know I have the right of way because of idiots like that. Never presume that somebody is going to do the right thing. If you were able to move over, you never would've conflicted, you wouldn't have had to use your horn, you wouldn't of had to add wear on your brakes, and your blood pressure would not have to have jumped 30 points. It's called "defensive driving".

@@Jake_Games26 Yes I can confirm the servers are still online. Just did the multiplayer mission where you rescue Paton. I own the game on PC directly through Ubisoft Connect, not through Steam. I would suggest logging out of your account and logging back in. That might fix it.

Yeah it was my first time playing the game and I didn't like how it was necessary to level up Speech to 100, when the max character level is 30. I felt that limited max level really made me think extra hard which perks I wanted to train and which I should ignore.
