After all major expenses you have put 400 euro in misc which is a lot. It is equivalent of saying that in India after 60k spent per month, 20k will be misc. Also saving 1.5-2k euro per month is a lot in rupee terms ~1.5lac. To save the same amount you have to earn more than 2.2-2.5lac in India post taxes which is around 50lac per year, but he number of such jobs are less and mostly in tier one cities where cost of living is very high.

Usually international flights allow one personal item plus one carry on bag. Check your ticket. If the above is true, then you can carry one small luggage bag and also another laptop bag. The laptop bag is treated as personal item.

He forgot : Insurances, Internet, Car related costs: my calculation (Munich, Stuttgart) 1400 rent with utilities, 500 food, 400 car related cost, 300 insurances, 100 phone internet bills, 300 other: that is 2900 - 3000 euro per month. If your salary is 72000 euro (6000 gross salary per month ) you get 3600 in hand so you save just 800 - 1000 euro per month
@pankajtanotra4 күн бұрын
That too when you lucky enough to get a good paying job and cheap accommodation
@bongingermany4 күн бұрын
I did not forget anything. You should watch the complete video where I have mentioned a miscellaneous amount and also said that this is a standard expense calculation. Everybody does not own a car, internet is included in many apartment rent, and apart from medical insurance other insurances are completely personal choice. So you cannot consider these expenses to be part of an average person’s expense.

I wonder if it's safe to say it's in general a bad idea to come to a country with a big social and public sector like Germany, with plans to make savings in a short period of time, right? The concept of countries like Germany is that you don't need to save fortunes for your own future as you could potentially benefit from the social achievements. A better concept would be to come and stay, to not only pay the high contributions, but also benefit from it. There are a lot of great countries in the world, but if it comes to raising children and having a secure life with your family, European countries are absolutely on top.
@bongingermany7 күн бұрын

As a 30+ student, I have chosen Coracle for the block account, but for my health insurance, I want to choose Dr. Walter (provisit student). Now my question is: when I spoke to Dr. Walter, they assured me that their student package also includes travel insurance. But, they won't give me any additional documents except health insurance. In such a situation, can I give the German embassy a visa interview with this health insurance document (as it says international health insurance) or is it enough for the visa interview. Please let me know. Thank you very much.
@bongingermany8 күн бұрын
Yes that is enough. That provisit student is just an extended travel/ private insurance. So it’s absolutely fine.

@bongingermany8 күн бұрын
No that’s not correct. Note that I said 75k is in a big city. In big cities like Berlin / Munich, even 5-7 years experienced people get more than 70k on an average. Leads and managers get close to 100k. I also mentioned that the company is a big factor. There are multiple factors involved. But 50k is a really low salary and is only paid in smaller cities or companies.
