Fantastic depiction of everything great about mapping - stories, unexplored lands, the fact that it's a form of art but you need not be an artist and the advice to just jump in and do it to get past the anxiety of putting ink to paper. Such a great view of the hobby told in a relaxed and natural way. Thank you for filming this Jared and thanks to Rodney for sharing one of the most rewarding hobbies there is.

I can't believe your page doesn't have more subscribers, I thought this was some New York Times mini series or something. This video is exactly my type of content and I'm so glad it came up in my recommendations! Subscribed :)

i enjoyed watching this. its so calming. i learned in college during my art history class that some paintings were sold as prints. like 1700's and earlier paintings. the "great wave" painting is part of a 20 or so set of print block designs.

This caught my eye because I recognized EB. I enjoy watching her and others speed puzzling, but I prefer casual puzzling. For me it is more like therapy, it takes my mind off of my troubles

I love puzzles! My husband and I have a huge collection. I watch the competitions online and follow a few KZfaqrs. Karen puzzles and the casual puzzler. The thrill of finding a good puzzle at the thrift store is fun as well.🙂

EB! How do you puzzle on that countertop? It's so busy and distracting! lol
@ebmeade66763 ай бұрын
It really is! I’ve been called out on it a few times on zoom competitions too. I should get a big white sheet of heavy paper to put down, because it probably does slow me down some. I like the lighting in the kitchen better than my upstairs puzzle nook though, so I usually end up puzzling on the kitchen island. It forces me to control the kitchen clutter too 😏

When she GENTLY dropped her bike’s weight (upside-down) on her expensive road saddle 😮I couldn’t help but cringe (literally). My bike is like a best friend to me; someone I’d NEVER disrespect by dropping (him/her/it) on their head! A dirty or worn out road bike is NOT a happy bike. 😢
