No because if i were to do it thru the browser I won't be able to actually use the twitch app on Xbox

I have a Luoran M4B with Android 7. It gets stuck in boot logo (not bootlooping, just that it starts as normal and the start screen is OVER whatever should be on screen, so you ONLY see that while you can hear notifications and interact with the device). Do you have any idea what I can do? Please take in account: 1-No account can be linked as NO Google apps work on it 2-I has no acces to boot in any special way, so bootloader is NOT an option. 3-Windows recognizes it as Portable device (Couldn't find a way to wipe it there).
