I was Married to a Bangladeshi for ma years years but she passed إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون and she used to make this and I absolutely loved it, however she would use red chilli and I think she used to dry fry it for a few seconds? If you could show how to do this I would be very grateful? Is using green chilli's better in your veiw?

This set of ingredients seems to be the same as other restaurant examples I've seen. I'm wondering if it's a regional recipe though. I grew up in Bournemouth and the curry at restaurants there was thicker and had nuanced flavors that I could never figure out, possibly cardamom and/or fennel. The texture was the biggest difference. It was substantial, more like thin oatmeal than thick soup. I live in Texas now and it's impossible to get the British style curries here.

Cooking with an air fryer is an experience in itself. I find it quite healthy, as there's no need for greasy oil. For example, when cooking chips or fries, all you need to do is brush a small amount of oil onto them and you're good to go. You can also use spray oil from a bottle.

@@alaspicehousekitchen i recieved, it says preheat and the add your ingredients and press the power button to begin the cooking.. I did same, while it was on beep beep sound was coming and after the time ended, i open the basket so there was not a single heat and the food was still uncooked Like it didn't cooked anything
