Here's a transcript of minutes 7:23-10:23 The meeting if anyone needs it. Alex: I’d like to thank everyone for being here today. And most of you know this already, but since Casey’s still relatively new I’d Like to remind us all that our agreed-upon ground rules are posted on the wall over here. And while the enthusiasm of last meeting was great, let’s try to remember the “listen before we speak” rule. Group: laughter Alex: Ok, so you have your Roadmaps, and you’ll notice that the first item on our agenda is to continue the discussion we started last time on training. Jordan, would you give us a summary on what we’ve discussed so far? Jordan: Sure. We were challenged by the executive level on to how to provide continuing development for super visors. Through our focus group we identified content areas our managers feel they could most benefeit from, these included communication skills, managing performance, and workload prioritization. Today, we need to follow through with our action item that we set up in our last meeting. Chris was going to report back today about pursuing an outside agency that could provide the training. Devin: Then we have 15 minutes to come up with the best format for delivery Alex: Great! So, Chris, were you able to investigate whether Skill Sources had the curriculum offerings we were looking for? Chris: Yes. The answer is yes they do. I looked at the budget and they are well within the allocated range, and since they’re the training company of choice, I think it’s a no-brainer. Alex: Ellecent! Jaime: How long is each of these courses? Chris: About two hours each Alex: Ok, so if we decided to move forward with this curriculum, the question thewn becomes what is the best way for us to deliver? Should we offer them one at a time, or say, a whole day of training to attend all three? Laura: Well, from a director-level perspective, it’s really difficult to release my people for a whole entire day. Devin: But, it’s really hard to go to training for just a few hours and then be expected to retain any of it when you have to go right back to work. Jordan: In that sense, I do agree. I think it might be best to separate supervisors from the workplace so they can really focus on skills development. Casey: Plus, I can see that improving morale, especially if you bring them some place cool. Phil: That’s true. There’s no reason we couldn’t do the training someplace fun, make it something people want to do, like have training on a boat… Jaime; Or on the beach! Casey: or a theme park Alex: Ok, ok I love the enthusiasm, but let’s take this one step at a time. Jordan: Yeah, let, let me catch up. Are we saying that we are in agreement that training should take place off-site? Group nods and looks to Laura Laura; Yeah I guess I can see the benefits. Alex: Ok, so it sounds like we’re agreed. It is the best way for them to focus, retain information, and will improve morale. Um, so now we can tackle how to conduct the training. Devin, how much time do we have left? Devin: Ten Minutes Alex: So let’s take five minutes to do a quick brainstorming go-round and come up with some places that we could conduct the training off-site, and then we’ll still have five minutes to decide and plan next steps

The answer to wind turbines and all green technologies and old fission nuclear is that they are all now simply uneconomic and unnecessary. We now have the ultimate green power device with none of these problems in the "SAFIRE REACTOR". This is what we need to negate all the problems of all competing green energies. It produces almost costless electricity and is hydrogen-fuelled power from new "FUSION NUCLEAR" is now immediately upon us. We have recently taken a new step to advance the physic of power production by enabling chemistry of the atomic nucleus, or "nuchemy" in the newest FUSION NUCLEAR POWER technology. We are passing the chemistry level where we interacted with the atomic electron shells and are moving on to manipulations in this "NUCHEMY" atomic nuclear era when we interact and multiply nuclear protons. We have rediscovered the lost work of the alchemists and can make new elements with different atomic weights. This was ably demonstrated in "The Safire Project". Quanta are important. We now have enough energy to manipulate the atomic nucleus much more easily by creating a compartment, or what is a local region of plasma containment so reactions at this atomic nuclear level can easily take place. This is about to practically enabled a really fantastic and cheap new era of energy production for the whole of mankind. This with hydrogen, so free fuel obtained from water or atmospheric moisture anywhere in the world. This new fusion nuclear SAFIRE REACTOR is at the industrial commercial production final development point as of now and it can retrofit older and decommissioned power plants. The energy argument and other power methodologies are all now virtually irrelevant as we have new and very physically and economically powered practical and local community level fusion nuclear power. Solar roof plus Teslawall battery may be the present way to go domestically but megapack batteries and multiple storage technologies interconnected with an expanded ugly grid have a less certain requirement when you consider new any-scale community based and 24 hr reliable and self-fueling fusion nuclear in the form of the "SAFIRE REACTOR". Learn all about it at "AUREON ENERGY.COM". Learn the newer EU Theory and plasma physics at "THUNDERBOLTS PROJECT.COM"

They want us to vote for Joe Biden? CSEA is allowing local government to take money out of our pensions. And they are wanting us to vote democratic or should I say socialist. Joe Biden wants to cut all of our Social Security funny how they were talking about that. All this information is out there. They’re trying to. Bury it but it’s out there fuck it up. There is no less than six videos of Joe Biden saying that he wants to cut our social security. Big cuts. I am voting for Trump
