When I was in 4th I was the first in my class to get acne I was so scared and didn’t know what to do! But in reality if you are the first one it’s not that scary and just help your friends when you do get it!

hey, no hate, but just a suggestion! spend less than $5 and you can get a reusable towel for your skincare instead of wasting paper towel which if you use it every day (i suspect twice - morning and evening), you can make a difference just switching, and it can save you money as well! no hate baddie, just a suggestion xoxo

Just a suggestion but I would definitely add pads. I’m a sixth grader and I already have my period. I got it when I was in fifth grade so I make sure to always keep some in my period for the year.

I am SO GLAD that my school has a female nurse and got the counselor, a teacher, and the nurse to give us “the talk”. The nurse’s office also has a few boxes of pads just in case.
