phone sucks. people call me and cant hear me and i cant hear them so i often have to restart phone like daily or even more. its slow and sometimes very bad framerate so i have to restart it again to get to normal. sometimes adds are freezing and wont start.. you guessed it.. i have to restart it again. i hate this phone.

not worth it. i had one it has loads of bugs on ios 17.4.1 (such as apps like tiktok making your mic sound almost completely muffled) and games ran badly

If you only care about sound quality like me then these are DEFINITELY not worth it, i have these earbuds by a company called apekx and the sound quality is comparable to a headset…its so much better and when I switched back to the airpods 3 everything sounds so flat/basic. So my tip for you is save your damn money and try looking for earbuds with good bass and that have silicone tips for only a fraction of the cost!!

Your review was pointless. The Dyson unit is not just a fan, it’s a cooling fan. Does it do a good job of dropping the temp in a room? A fan will move around warm air, but will not cool a room.

Agree 100%. I'd like to remain in Apples prison / ecosystem, but their phones are just garbage. They know how to make a nice phone and are more than capable of doing so, but they won't for some reason. Battery life, crappy screen and poor charging speeds are deal breakers. They are arguably the top 3 most important features of a phone and Apple fails at every single one. American Sheep keeping Apple in business. Give their marketing department a trophy, cause their design department sucks.

I got one of the dyson fans when they first came out and I was working someplace I could get an employee discount on them. That fan has been used for my wife to sleep with for 7-10 hours a night, over 300 days a year, for over 14 years now. Are the Dyson fans overpriced? Absolutely. But for some people the steadier noise of the Dyson can be a more effective white noise generator, and you will get a fan that you'll probably be passing down to the next generation in good working order.

I've had the AirPods Max for 3 years, and just bought the XM4s today as they are on offer. I'm impressed with the Sony ones so far, mainly because of the EQ. With the AirPods Max, you are bound to the EQ presets in iOS and I can't find one that I like (I like the old V shape curve.). I can tune the Sonys to how I want them to sound. I reckon if I could do that with the AirPods Max, they would be the winner, but the EQ limitation doesn't suit my tastes unfortunately.

You can actually change the active activity in the dynamic island you just need to swipe left or right in the middle part of the island instead of trying to swipe the secondary activity that’s shaped like a dot. Maybe it was not possible at the time of this video but it is possible now, I use it all the time.

I will miss the fingerprint reader on the back of my Pixel 5A. So freaking convenient. Now I have to use the on-screen version. I do NOT like the little LOCK icon on the screen; it seems to be superfluous. Pixel 8A is zippy with the Tensor 3 chip. I bucked up for the 256gig version obsidian color. Without that I do not believe it is worth it. Surprisingly, the 8A is even smaller than my 5A! I was hopping for exactly the same or slightly higher, but oh well. As an upgrade I think it is worth it but really only for the Tensor 3 chip and higher possible refresh rate.

you may have glossed over the fact that it's fine if you have as many garage spots as you have EVs - so a couple would need two-car garage - teen child needs another spot. Whilst many americans have plenty of space, the rest of the world tend to live more cosily.

Imagine buying a phone in 2024 with a 60hz

Have a pixel 8, phone won't quick charge if the battery heats up beyond 38c and it does that easily. So charging and using the phone to do things like watch KZfaq isn't going to let charge beyond 5 watts which is really slow. However i don't have a pps charger so maybe once i get one it'll be different.

I bought a BQ B1 a couple of years back, and within a month or two, I stopped using it. The amount of tinkering was too much, and I just couldn't get any print right. I want something that just works. The X1 or P1S look ideal for someone like me, who wants to spend more time designing and printing over spending 5 hours on bed levelling.

The thing with pricing diferences between the 8a and the 8 is that it heavily depends on your country/region. Here in the Portugal the difference between the 8 and the 8a is 270 euros (290 dollars), plus I got a 200 euros discount during the presale. So basically I got the 8a for 470 euros less than the 8 and they're almost identical. And, of what I know, the three official stores that sell the Pixel lineup in Portugal (Google, Vodafone and Worten) don't usually give big discounts the these phones.

I’m definitely paying $500 for the 8a. I’m paying for the specific blue color, I actually like the bezels and I love how round it is and somewhat how it’s more “new”er than the normal 8. I could care less that I can get more for my buck. I’m honestly looking for a mid-range phone that’s really good that’s close to flagship but isn’t. I know that may not make sense for some people but oh well 🤷‍♂️
