What could be the scope of emergency medicine in small cities of Pakistan where no tertiary care setup is present? And what is its scope when practiced as a general physician in a small city?

Scope of Emergency Medicine is mainly in large cities of Pakistan where there are facilities available in Emergency Departments. If you get trained from good institutions, you are able to handle minor and major clinical cases and can work as General Physician. It depends on your interests. However Family Medicine is another option (you can watch video on my channel)

I got selected in Punjab institute of neurology Lahore for Neurosurgery. I don't have interest in neurosurgery but I have heard it is the best institute for training in neurosurgery in Pakistan....I don't know what I should do...

Interest is important to continue future specialty. Neurosurgery is a good field. If you are selected you should go with it. Dr Aurangzeb is an example; an excellent person and Neurosurgeon

Gud video. Dr sb any tap or protection sticker on top of it? Because its fully exposed and there is a chance that it can get stuck with cloth sleeves etc?

@@Dr.MuhammadShahid ultrahuman is Indian based startup and yes not available in Pakistan. But adding a patch is a simple addon which increments functionality overall. But the product is very good for diabetic patients especially in older age. Only downside is its expensive price (14k pkr) and battery life of only 14days. Very expensive for middle class ppl in Pakistan
