I am all for major new roads and we need a lot more of them across the country, but you (regardless of any personal views) stand for a party (along with all other mainstream parties in Ireland) which endorses the 'Climate Change' narrative which advocates reducing populations, reducing lifestyles and restricting personal mobility - this is called communism (or fascism - the other side of the same coin really)! Also, if getting a new road in means comprising moral values, then it's meaningless. Abolishing woke strategies such as the national cycling framework would release hundreds of millions for new road schemes such as this one - you see, conservatives can get things done (I'm a Trump supporter) and if I had my way, every national primary road in the country would be upgraded and cyclists would pay for the use of the roads while the price of new cars would be reduced - it's only fair. On a side note, I would NOT shut down Moneypoint power station prematurely nor would I shut down the peat industry. I would NOT cease oil and gas exploration either - this is economic suicide. I would also cut red tape by withdrawing Ireland from woke global agreements thus cutting time and costs in getting infrastructure projects delivered.
