@@DavidBluetile I have such good memories of skating them. Those and the Verona. But I'd also refuse to skate them now. Maybe just to mess around with... These shoes look skateable! The chron had some good qualities! Comfy toebox, upper, the best flick! If I didn't need to go full cupsole, I would wear them. They have no mid tho, so it's understandable to see them almost like a barefoot shoe...

@@DavidBluetile Great flick too...a bit more narrow. Mine were made out of some potatosack material. I thought they were almost virtually indestructible. They're navy blue with a camo tab in the back. They both have this tread! It has good traction and wears very slow, in my opinion. If I decide on these I may check if you still have some!

@@DavidBluetile You weren't feeling the current colors either huh? I own an older royal blue and silver pair. I found them on clearance ages ago. If they did a decent colorway they could be a cop for lifestyle for me again. I feel like a decade ago the skater guys weren't really feeling em.

@@kevincollins8620 nah the colors were good I just figured it would be safer to put dollars into a new shoe rather than the downgraded version of an old shoe. I also heard durability was poor on the fc classic. That said… super glue. Haha

Idk an extra 20 bucks I can buy Ishod max I ve been skating my pair for the past 2 months only had to put a bit of superglue on the stitches and they are perfect. This entry level vulc shoes doesn’t appeal to me but it will appeal to a lot of skaters I have a feeling

(Your question was Are skateshoes too expensive.) Too cheap... bring back over-engineered. Just because vans charges 65 minimum for basics does not mean 80bucks is budget. I expect a lot of shoe for $80 tbh.

This is a polarizing pair I’ve found via the reception they’ve received online. Personally I think there’s one of the best dunks I’ve seen in the last decade. Really carries the OG feeling of SB by being avant-garde.

This was a really good review of a fantastic SB coming out soon! The detailing and all the extras is dope! I actually went on their website to read more about who (There) are because someone else did explain it but it went against their value and beliefs, I'll respect that. They didn't bash right and left like I'm seeing in you're comments section. I've never seen so much , toxicity on this particular review. It's sad and ignorant and arrogant. And skateboarding is dominated by old washed up Kooks like Bluetile who simply poach off the culture and dont give a damn about giving back... dude dont even skate. I still remember saying skating isnt a crime and meaning it... (96) Hell I had the fingerboard keychain as that was one of (clear one shattered off a lunch table... luckily tech decks were about to come out) the first. Lol
