In 2020 I stopped using makeup and I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life! What gave me the courage was one sentence from my guy best friend who told me that I don’t need makeup and that I’m beautiful the way I am. I held onto that comment throughout my makeup detox journey which was hard because I got to a place where I couldn’t stop picking myself apart when I looked into the mirror with no makeup on. I literally thought “I don’t look like me if I’m not wearing makeup.” Addiction out of insecurity. I’m so glad I was strong enough to pull through this challenge. Now I don’t wear makeup even to work.

I yearn for a soul tribe like yours. Where I feel connected directly to women I can physically connect with, who are as committed to their healing and their growth as I am and as incredible goddesses like yourself and Mia are. Like our own little matriarchy. Lumerian energy baby. Just being, loving, enjoying, harmonising.
