If you include any supplements, gym membership, food prep, that would be much more! Also, you forgot the posing classes and tickets to your family to watch you too :)

Dang I did forget to include the classes. I didn’t count my gym membership and supplements because I would be taking those anyways. I was really trying to give people a bare minimum price to compete. Most people would probably also have to travel also.

I agree 👍 This is one of the best benches money can buy.

Thanks for not making a 30 minute video like everyone else. Some gyms deserve that but most us home gymers don’t. You’re gyms great- keep using it brother

Nice setup, looks like my basement gym; I quit commercial gyms several years ago and opted for this. I don't know about you, however I feel that working out at home I train so much harder than I ever did in a gym. Did you opt for gorilla tape on the seams for the flooring? Thanks-
@Seannyworksout-ol1ey5 ай бұрын
Thanks man. I still train a bit harder in my commercial gym, I have some distractions at home, kids and stuff. I’m just using regular duct tape on the mats, it holds pretty well.

Haha this used to be a physical therapy area in the hospital I work at. They moved the gym equipment down there about a year ago but left all the cabinets.

No where near failure. If the reps are the same speed you are just feeling the burn. You need some true muscular failure instead of counting reps just aim to not be able to actually do more when you actually can.

Great setup. look forward to watching it grow. Home gym was one of the best investments I have made. Two youngest get to hang out and play while I workout. Two oldest get too work out in it. Subscribed.
