Currently own a 2019 Manitou XT 25 but want to end up in a Avalon Excalibur this winter boat show season I hope to make it happen. Seriously people, never buy a Manitou pontoon, worst customer service, boat is falling apart and worst dealer network ever. $170K pontoon and they treat me like I bought a $9K fishing boat. People I know with Avalons are all happy.

Might be a little annoyed for spending the cost of overflight then putting out a small boat team to respond. Off the Cape might find a rescue swimmer "dropping in". On another aspect, if he works with the PSC? Brings the vessel into big water functions (tall ships, before fire works or other celebrations, concerts, other)? Could link up for teaching what to do and what not to do with the what to do done again (last thing remembered?, silly but works). Say if in US, USCG puts out a few small boats or Auxiliary assist. Speak/address a large group of onlooking vessels. Describe what is happening in back ground. Helicopter comes in, deploy rescue swimmer, prepare the person for hoisting. Hoist away, recover the Swimmer and either move on with assist vessels towing the "stricken vessel" to the next site for a replay. How often do you get to teach so many, so quickly, so memorable/lasting impacts. Plus, drives the conversation at get togethers of the boaters elsewhere? "You should have seen this helicopter come in, deploy, rescue, never knew not to do ____ but to do ___, so simple.

I’ve bought 3 avalons in the last four years. Two of which I ordered custom brand new. My dealer is screwing me on warranty and service work. I’ve been extremely faithful to help Avalon and my dealer with FREE and quality marketing and obviously my purchases. This is sad for me to have to come on here to post about this to maybe get an actual fix to my issues. They are definitely the most superior built pontoon brand, but these few issues with my newest boat are pretty bad

How do you recommend to fix the "splash fin" when the left and right outside toon corners are bent/damaged from use? Very common seeing this on used Avalons. Thx!

I wouldn't buy any pontoon if it doesn't have this type of nose cone. NO add on fins, they can brake off and are leg cutters.

I have a 2012 Grand Tahoe 29' with a 300hp Mercury Verado pro. We love this boat, so well made in Alma, MI where I was born.

Avalon, you should be both embarrassed and ashamed to show clip after clip of lights that are in clear violation of the law. Moreover, you should think about the legal liability you take on when you equip your boats with such lights and/or promote their use. It is particularly distressing to see you show boats underway in darkness with green lights on the port side. There is no such thing as headlights on boats.
