Hey Monique, how's it going? I'm Brazilian, and my wife and I are gonna move to the USA very soon. I've worked at a pharmacy here in Brazil for 8 years as a clerk. But I'm willing to dedicate myself to becoming a Pharmacy Tech there, in USA. Do you have some tip, or advice for me? Maybe we might chat each other

I’m a sahm and wanted to go to nursing before, but life happened and I never did. After helping watch my grandmother before she passed it reminded me of pursuing nursing. Idk if it’s silly at this point and I see some nurses saying they left to be a sahm, so I don’t know what to do

I’m looking into going to nursing school the only issue is paying for it. I exhausted my student loans in undergrad. So no more financial aid for me. Plus my parents aren’t going to allow me to live with them either. So I have to find my own place and figure out when I get into nursing school how am I going to pay for it myself. I do not have a husband in my life like these other women on KZfaq. It’s just me that is taken care of themselves. With Gods help I’ll be okay. 🙏🏾👩🏾⚕️

I’m a full time certified tech at the hospital and I just make enough to pay my bills and sometimes a fun activity. I really want to move forward with life goals, but can’t because of how much I make. I’ve been a tech for 3 years (one at community health and 2 at the hospital) and didn’t see much improvement in my wages since I began. I’m overworked since I’m trained in pretty much everything and been experiencing burnout, anxiety/depression. I am currently looking for another career route as this is no longer working for me. However, this route does work for those who are a helpmeet, need to supplement another income or a stopping through point.

Yes, in the video I stress the fact that it’s ideal for an additional or supplemental income. I’m sorry that your experience being a certified tech is no longer serving you. I hope that you find something else that you enjoy and are well compensated for.

I’ve not worked as a pharmacist the last ten years and I want to come in USA as a tourist in order to pass the PTBC exam. Please someone like me, is it allowed to take the exam? If I pass the exam, can I change my tourist visa into a work visa in order to work there? What are the conditions for a foreigner having such situation like me please. I thank you 🙏🏽 ❤

I can only give advice on what I know. I’m not familiar with policies and procedures for someone in your situation. Hopefully soon you will find the answer to your question.
@robinson2589Ай бұрын
hi, sorry it does not work that way. the website for PTCB says the 1st requirement is: Reside in the United States of America or its territories (US).. also a tourist Visa will not permit you to work in the USA. You need to apply to for a work visa to work in the usa.. good luck okay

@robinson2589Ай бұрын
@@jamalhajimohed9361 no you can’t take the test as a tourist because you have to reside in the US. So you would need a state i.d. Card… a tourist doesn’t live in America. And also no, you cant switch a tourist visa, at least thats not what the website seemed to describe

Think I'm going to finally get the La Roche-Posay Purifying Foaming Facial Cleanser. I'm always afraid that even though I'm oily, that some face wash for Oily Skin are too drying. You sold me when you said it removes makeup too.
@ByMeMonique2 ай бұрын
That’s a valid fear. Yes I use it as step two in makeup removal. First the cleansing balm then this cleanser. Immediately I go in with my serums and moisturizers. It doesn’t strip but it will CLEAN. I would never use this just alone without the need for makeup or sunscreen removal because then it would be drying to my skin.
