i recently came back for a bit did some grinding and noticed it felt overall slower and more clunky. Did PA ever address the issue or did they say that its here to stay?

the overwhelm > solar > balance > reckless don't feel as smooth anymore

It's for all. When it's for all it's ok. I just put 2 gallantry olucas for 2% attack speed. Finally ppl cant fps abuse, now if i run 100 fps im not penalized against a 300+ fps enjoyer. Awk warrior need a rework now, yes, but the changes are gold, no more pc carried ppl.

grave digging-> slashing become slow , Reckless or pulverize or tempest -> grave digging also become slow , those things were updated to buff warrior , now the buffs are gone , warrior become more weak than before
