I’ve noticed that they change the cat over the years. He had shorter ears and a wider head and sometimes long pointy ear with a taller head

They did actually remake this, I think. The only episode I saw didn't have Salem though.

You know I’d like to see what Salem do if Sabrina really needed him. Like would he attempt world domination again if it was to save her life or something. I don’t think this question was really ever answered. I can see that he loves his host family (he wouldn’t be brutally honest with them if he didn’t like them) but what would he do to save a life if he had too.
