Do you mean the beginning of this video? It is Dvorak Cello Concerto 3rd movement one of the section. It's also one of my favourite melody for cello.😉✌🏼

Is this at 66 speed as in the exam book?

This is 60. Slightly slower than the indicated speed, as it's for practice purpose, however it's still doable for exam speed. 😉
