This restaurant used to be good. Now the food is terrible. Food good cheap and prices got higher. Sorry to say this but the profit was more important than satisfied customers.

Worst restaurant in ocala. Unfortunately our experience at the horse and hound was extremely disappointing. The food quality and bland taste and sticky table is reson enough to run away. Our fried pickles appetizer were cut too thin and all breading. Fish and chips was slimy and Shepard's pie had no vegetables. Ocala has incredible restaurants and amazing food, horse and hound isn't one of them. Can not recommend...

Susie Blackmon, I saw the KZfaq videos of Maggie Valley, NC that you posted about five years ago. In the 1990s there used to be an earth changes/spiritual workshops couple in Maggie Valley called The Global Family. Ever hear of them and know their whereabouts now? They taught about intentional communities (cooperative communities) and how to be self-sufficient by living off the land. Believe they came to Maggie Valley from Maryland.

Love the tiny church on the hill, looks like the old days. White letters on white snow & they flash so fast can't catch what they say. Snow is beautiful but snow makes everything beautiful. Would like to see that huge neighborhood w/out snow.

I've only been up & down Soco Rd and ate at a few places. My fav being The Dawg. Hushpuppies best ever, shrimp too. I love how quiet, beautiful & peaceful it is or appears. Just looked on line and devastated the small zoo on Soco closed, 2006. I loved it. I want to know how many months they cut grass? 5 or 6 for us

I've not been to Maggie Valley in about 15 years. It looks like they are really growing. We stayed at the Apple Cover ( I believe that's the name) Inn and went to the Ghost Town in the sky. I love it up there.
