Hello, I watch your youtube video and noticed it ranks lower than others.I was analyzing your KZfaq channel. Urban Poling struggling with subscribers and video views for monetization? SEO seems to be lacking, though your content is fantastic. Wondering why your videos aren't attracting more views? One key factor is the insufficient SEO (your videos' SEO score is 0/100%, ideally it should be 70%).if you'd like, I can assist you with improving it ,I can help you grow your KZfaq channel & your business. Let me know if you'd like my assistance. Best regards, Maruf (KZfaq video SEO Expert)

I have been walking with these new Activator poles lately. I was inactive for decades truthfully. I have a question: I'm finding that since beginning this activity I have soilre muscles in the lower part of my shoulder? Is this normal? Any suggestions for this type of ache.

I have just started using two poles . Still perfectly my technique but it transformed my country hike . I probably increased my speed by about a third and really felt that I had exercised my upper limbs as well as my lower limbs .🚶.

Great tip leaving it outdoors, as a Canadian, that will probably come in handy one day! I got mine unstuck using the between the feet method with a nitrile glove to give added grip. Informative and short, no fluff or filer, just info! thanks :D

This looks very different to me than the basic instructions on the site which say to always keep the poles up front.

Good morning, I recently bought the fitness 300 poles and looked at this video. It looks like you drag the poles. I walk on pavement around my neighborhood. Should I be dragging the poles on my walk? Won't that wear down the boots? Thank you

Honestly, can’t believe how easy that was, it’s been years, stuck in a corner of our campervan, annoying me that I couldn’t adjust it. Thank you very much 😊

Need to put your hand up from the bottom and not from the top. This will reduce the possibility of hurting the thumb also reduce the possibility of locking the hand to the pole and trapping the hand to the pole.

This is really helpful. Thank you. I have bought walking poles as I have neuropathy and my toes and halfway up my feet are numb. This means that when walking my upper legs (quads) have to work extra hard in order to maintain balance. There is so much information online about Nordic walking which isn't what I need! This video is great.

Can you please stop describing Urban Poling as Nordic Walking as it only uses a truncated version of the Nordic Walking technique, inevitably resulting in reduced health benefits by comparison with true Nordic Walking.

My surprise to find my body really wanting this action, the arms pumping, like being a four legged animal again and invigorated in a way hard to imagine. It's resistance training in an effortless way, lymph drainage, brain stimulating. Normally I have to force myself to walk with a timer. I just take up the poles and tell my body 'go'. It takes off like a young horse, goes way longer, effortlessly. It feels like the body has had so many unnatural things imposed on it and now, it can be an animal again. So joyful! Go for it!!!
