You don’t have to. You can use the black supply box in spawn to get more drones and explosives without dying. Works best on small maps like frugis and especially namak.

@@cliparoonie4688 look at the 0:33. You started building block that have kinda yellowish border. I don't know if they are stronger or not than the gray ones. Someone on the server said that you need to be admin on the server to have those. I doubt that.

when you use C4, how are you exiting the drone early to then detonate the C4 manually?

Just right clicking and switching to c4 to detonate. It does take practice to be quick enough but it’s effective once you get it down.

Yeah that’s quite good. I’ll typically get around there with drone only as well. It depends on the map and gamesome too.

Yes you can. They are only found in spawn though as far as I know.

I’m still testing it but it appears there is a cap of sorts on how many people can die to a single explosive. I vary the amount of mines I put on the drone depending on the size of the enemy force.

When I do this 90% of the time, the drone gets shot. It's more successful to leave mines in tall grass. But it's still a fun troll weapon when you are successful.

I must say, I have maybe only a 15 to 30% loss rate if I had to guess. Speed, altitude, group size, and what kind of situation the target is in has a great effect on drone efficiency. I like to target large groups of pinned down enemies.

Hey man, since the kills count as antipersonnel mines/c4 how do you know that you have 4000+ drone kills?

Mines are counted separately to c4. You can see your stats for every weapon in the stats page. At the time this video was posted I had 4012 drone kills and somewhere around 250 c4 drone kills give or take a few for other c4 plays

my literal ptsd, if I could hear the drone far away. Trust me I'd gtfo outta my position if I'm in a 4-6 stack (healing/resupplying), doesn't matter if it's a friendly drone but I ain't takin my chances to become part of the statistic 😂🤣 you should getting a freakin platinum/diamond skin for them AP Mines and Drones with the amounts of kills that you made with it jesus😂😂

He puts either C4 on it for vehicles which needs to be manually detonated after switching away from the drone, or anti-personnel mines for infantry which just requires him to drive it into them for them to automatically detonate.

100% correct. The only thing I’ll add is that I vary the amount of explosives depending on the target. Single enemy’s get one mine. Upwards of 4 gets 2 to three mines.
