Dental hygienist here - sorry you're wrong. Please check your sources. Dentist's don't often use ultrasonic scalers, dental hygienists do.

When will dental professionals admit Teeth Whitening is either a miss or a hit? Some patients are bound to leave the chair either not satisfied or sensitive. The patients expectations are always so high no matter how you prep them by saying it might not come out as white as snow. Some cannot finish the treatment due to sensitivity even though they never had that issue before. God forbid the teeth are already white and now they want it whiter ignore the fact it might never be whiter.

Im sorry this whole thing sounds ridiculous no one in the realistic sense is going to go just because an random dental student on the street runs up and asked you can i clean your teeth for free? When this is required for graduation This sounds like it should be a school responsibility to do so because I don't see dental clinics in the real world, Go out and scout for patients :( this is making me reconsider everything

Well, there's the financial side of things. I haven't had professional dental care in 35 years. I bought dental tools, a water pik, xylitol and k2d3. So far, I've managed on my own. I have sjogrens syndrome, lupus sle and tmj. Everytime I went to the dentist my jaw locked for days or weeks and the dental hygienist hurt me. If, I can, I will avoid at all costs. It's just not worth it. I wouldn't pay a dime.

The old lesson nothing is free in life! Somewhere else you're paying for it! Or even better the government is borrowing the money and paying massive interest charges each year. Sooner or later all these social programs are going to collapse on themselves. Just be reminded what happened in Greece in 20 years ago. Pensioners had their pensions cut in half by the government. They had no choice!!

I font agree. I feel greater adaptability with the ultrasonic. Pixie are limiting due to their action. Ultrasonic has thinner tips The cavitation kills bacteria better.

I find my capped teeth have more problems than my teeth with fillings. Maybe if the margins(?) on a cap are not perfect but not sure why.
@dentalelle14 сағат бұрын
It could be the margins or perhaps not brushing with the right brush? Could be a few things. Have you checked with a dentist?

I started leaning dental receptionist job and this video is spot on! I will keep in my mind and apply to my new role everything you mentioned in this video! Yes you are right. The receptionist is the one greets the patient first and check them out at the end. I've been an dental assistant since this year and the owner saw me how good I am with patients and asked me to be "the face" of the practice. Thank you for making great videos always! Big fun of your channel from NYC!

Anything that our Canadian liberal government brings out is always a scam and a scandal and costs every Canadian money. They are trying to bleed us dry and it is disgusting and we have to vote them out but the conservatives won’t be the all Seva. They are all politicians and lie through their teeth. Please people do some homework and look into things instead of watching Netflix at night. Thanks.❤💪🏻👍🏻🇨🇦🏁
