Use Mama Nature's ProSkin Rosacea cream if you have rosacea. Don't take our word for it - read on-line reviews. It's well worth trying.

None of what they say will actually help in the vast majority of cases. You’d think they’d be able to give some useful advice but no.

Awesome!! It's 9pm over here and my 3 year old somehow got a hold of some gum and of course she got it in her hair. The peanut butter method worked great! The gum literally came straight out with no problem. 💪🏼 🙏🏼

This is a big myth that has gotten perpetuated among the black American community and it actually hurts my heart because it often goes undiagnosed. It's quite rare for blacks to get skin cancer but it can happen. Just be careful.

I found that foods that generate SCFA via gut bacteria give relief, as does olive oil. I now take a tablespoon of organic olive oil first thing in the morning, a heaped tablespoon of rice bran with breakfast and about 1/2 cup of apple/mango juice fermented using a S. boulardii capsule (this yeast offers numerous health benefits, including clearing out bad gut bugs, and increasing SCFA production).

Bleach baths are the only thing that has made me feel like my skin may go back to normal one day. My entire body flared up at the beginning of this year and I was in complete agony trying every cream and remedy I could find. I tried finding a dermatologist but the earliest appointment I could get is in December of this year. 3 weeks ago I got the idea to try bathing in bleach. I have been doing a half cup of concentrated bleach every day in a full bath tub (yes concentrated) and my skin has improved tremendously and has actually gotten softer and I see my dark spots lightening. My left elbow was heavily infected and had green puss and scabs that would never go away, the scabs are gone now. It still itches but it is better than it has ever been. I am convinced that this is the one thing that will save me. Everybody’s experience with eczema will always vary, but this works for me. I’ve also changed my diet because it all starts from the inside.
