We visited from the UK some years ago when Michael Ward owned the business. He was a character and provided a great visitor experience with some fantastic drinks. Congratulations, good to see its moving onwards and upwards, hope to visit again on our next trip 'down under'.

I think it is great what you are trying to do. Personally as a hospitality employee for over ten years skilled workers are treated as expendable and not essentially treated well or paid correctly. Employer have a mentality that the staff can easily be replaced but highly skilled staff being paid minimum wage on a casual basis does not enable then to have a life or purchase a home. I would love to work with tourism Queensland if given the chance.
