Absolutely useless!

We are looking forward to the next balloon fiesta for the 47th event, October 6-14 2018 themed "Carry me away".

I attended college in Yankton. I remember crossing that bridge the wrong way coming back from the bars on the Nebraska side. That was 40 years ago. Good times.

We were there from California staying with friends in Alb. Saw the screw driver but we were not sure what it was at first. It took a while to figure it out. The day was just perfect.

Lovely. Having been in Milford on a cruise ship early in the morning and watching 6 or so small planes follow us in and fly overhead, then later flying in myself I was a bit disappointed to not overfly a cruise ship to get even more of a visual sense of scale . You missed out here but you’re not alone, I have never seen any Milford inbound footage with a ship below. My uncle was in the Australian or NZ airforce during WW2 and told the story of flying into Milford on a training run (against orders) , only to discover the (original) Queen Mary sheltering in there. Not sure if it actually was the QM but great story if it was. Thanks for posting, we must all get back there one day.

Hands down my favorite place. We just left visiting Sundance a week ago and I miss it so much! The zip lining was epic and the hiking had beautiful views of the fall 🍁 leaves!

This is not really a blimp. It's a semi- rigid airship. Sort of a cross between a zeppelin and a blimp. Like a Zeppelin it has a fiberglass frame inside the airbag. Can't wait till they start making them bigger-if they ever will. Wish Goodyear would go back to their silver theme for the gas bag & get rid of that ugly yellow and blue.

Yes I used a GoPro. The mount was a homemade one that the aircraft owner supplied. It consisted of nylon blocks shaped to the leading and trailing edges of the strut that was held in place with threaded rods and bolts.
