Thanks for the great video. I am doing a swimming pool that am finished with tarrazzo (stone+white cement). It will be subjected to pool chemicals. What do you recommend as a top clear vanish polyurethane or epoxy?

What avout using peimt thinner? Is thet good to cut the epoxy? I noticed when mixing my batch it was already thick. Not runny like regular paint.

This is NOT terrazzo, it is simply a seamless epoxy coating with aggregate.

I have done a job using Home Depot 2 part epoxy product and after A FEW YEARS client called me saying the floor start to peel al over the place. I believe that’s because some kind of humidity problem or some kind of chemicals he drop there but I don’t know for sure. Is that possible that his floor has a humidity problem that requires a total scrape and specific treatment before even , clean, acid and re-coat with any other product?

What would you suggest that would give the same type of look but is more maintainable? I really like the smooth no seams look

Filling the joints with grout😂😂😂 3:47 Do not listen to this guy, this advice is terrible. The only way to do this is to use a advent of calcium aluminate cement technology in self leveling concrete. Thats it.

I was hoping you were going show how it was done not just talk about it. I’m a visual learner so I have to see how it’s done in order to know how to do it.

Are the epoxy floors worse than wood and laminate in terms of scratching? Or is the main issue that people's expectations are different?

If you get a scratch or blemishes….couldn’t you just cover it with more epoxy like a little patch? I make epoxy items and I wanna do my floor and when I get scratches or blemishes on the craft items I make, fixing it is as easy as just (optional, conditional) sanding and adding a little color and/or clear coat to bring it back. I honestly wouldn’t mind doing spot maintenance like that every few years or months. I also have no animals, a ton of rugs and don’t wear shoes in the house so I’m not anticipating too much wear and tear like that.
