The landmine is soo under utilised. It can be used for any goal and is easily loaded. Being able to move in all planes of motion with a natural arc is so beneficial. It's great for the core and alot better for joints. It's basically the best of free weights and a machine in one with a bigger range of motion. If your and athlete or training for functional strength you 100% should be using the land mine I love alternating landmine workouts amd kettlebell work for functional muscle and explosive power all with core work included

Finally bought a pull up bar for my apartment. Haven't trained pull ups properly for years. His is gonna suck. Negatives are probably the best way to get stronger quickly

For the halos hold the kettle bell with the ball out and go cross to the sides. It gets the core a little deeper.

Not necessarily- it needs to be anchored at a high point, and low point 🤷🏻♀️ you can get creative

Close to the rack: V Hoarding: V shot clearing: V Uneven loading: X, no-one cares about your OCD. too close: debatable. What's too close? Not everyone has the same sensitivity/size w regards to personal space and if its very busy in a public gym then thats part of the deal. Now if the gym is empty and someone comes and nearly sits on your lap then that is just creepy.
