The automatic bus gearbox has stopped working (broken) and the problem is electrical and we will not find it. Is there a simple explanation?

Can you make a video on how to release the tension on the first v belt, that bracket with the bolt and two nuts, how do you work that tensioning system? I know the wheel can slide up and down through that inner oval but how does one loosen it? Does it work similar to a ball joint press? I ended up removing the whole bracket with the bottom bolt but I know it has a purpose to loosen the pulley wheel to release tension

Having problem with starting button batteries good lights come on but won’t turn over key fobs is good battery I have put it in the shop the technician couldn’t find anything does anybody know what could be the problem🤔

REPLACED THE STARTER, REPROGRAM KEY FOBS, NEW PUSH BUTTON, STILL 2011 MKS 2.7 DOESNT START. IT START AND RUNS GREAT IF WE JUMP THE STARTER WITH THE SCREW DRIVER. HOWEVER, NOT STARTING FROM TEH PUSH BUTTON.
