We simply don't understand why you take our review so personally. We never blamed the hotel because of the weather, we simply said they were not ready for bad weather during new year's eve. Regarding our own hotel: well... You never know 😜

Thanks for your comment. If you read the comments you can clearly see that we use AI to generate the voice. Once again, we don't have the equipment yet to properly record our voice. The very first video is a good example 😊 Your statement "it's not a real people example" doesn't really sounds appropriate: all the content in this video has been recorded by us, and just because we use a voice generator to "read" our review, it doesn't mean it's not real.

Totally agree with you! Some rooms have a better view of the mountains; ours was next to the ski slope. We believe they prefer silence over a view, hence the spa is located inside.

We had such amazing experiences in Greece, Tanzania or Czech republic and it wasn't even our honeymoon. About what? We generate the voice, simply because we don't have the right equipment to record our own voice with good quality. As you can see from the video, we take pictures and videos of what we say. Also, you can watch our other videos and you will hear the same voice (apart from the very first review which again, has poor audio quality).

We really hope you will watch our other videos because then you will understand that we are not negative and never satisfied. Now, the experience we had was absolutely not what we were expecting, and this is a fact. As you can clearly see in the video, we appreciated some gesture like the coconut water, on the balcony dinner and warm bath the last night. Again, these things are clearly mentioned in our video. Out of curiosity, have you ever been in this hotel? How was your experience?

By "so particular" do you mean that we expect exactly what the hotel claims to deliver? The criticism should be taken as a hint to improve. If you are happy with the average, good for you. As a matter of fact, the hotel contacted us multiple times to apologize. Anyway, building our own hotel is a good idea, probably it will not happen in the near future, but if and when it will be ready, you should definitely check it out 😀

You might not agree with our review, and this is totally fine. As we mentioned earlier, this was our experience. Yes, we addressed all our points but the answer was always the same "yes, you are right, next time it will be better". Regarding decorations, at least here, there were no particular decorations to be seen in the restaurant. In any case, if they don't decorate tables anymore, why they keep this amenity on the website? You are absolutely right, we are not perfect and nobody is, but there is a huge difference between perfection and bare minimum. To us, waiting 2+ hours just the get the room keys is not a matter of perfection. We had a long conversation with the butler, it's clearly not their fault and our feedback to the management explicitly mention this point. We don't want anyone loose the job, and this will not happen because of one single review. Also, our complaints are mostly for the hotel. Regarding tipping: would you really mention that in a review? How is tipping even related to a review? You tip because you appreciate the service, that's YOUR gesture of appreciation, not to show off. We are glade you had beautiful experiences and we hope you will always have 😊

Honestly this is not true and shouldn't be a justification. We visited third world countries (especially Africa) and they delivered exactly what they promised. Not to mention, the hotel itself claims to be a luxury hotel. Probably you are not understanding the meaning: you said "we were expecting first world amenities in a third world country". Our reply was that the hotel offers luxury or 5 star accomodations, this is a fact, no matter the location. "First world problems " is just an expression: meaning the problems seen in the hotel are not that bad to leave. Check the meaning of "first world problems" and you will understand better.

Hi! There are 2 restaurants, one more fine dining and the other more casual and Greek style. Portions were okay for us but don't expect big plates. If you are interested in more greek style restaurants, you should visit the city center. Regarding returning to this hotel... Well actually we would not return. The price doesn't reflect the service you should expect from a 5 star hotel.

The trip itself was very nice, consider the fact that you will spend quite a lot of time at the hotel so make sure you pick the right one. There are many activities depending on your interest. I would avoid swimming with dolphins because it is very very touristic and it's more like chasing than enjoying the moment with these beautiful animals. Instead I suggest you to take a glass boat trip. There are many available depending on the zone you are and some are even private for you. Another option would be to explore the forest. As for the hotel we have made reservations in JW Marriot and Dinarobin Beachcomber hotels in the Westcoast as these were the only available ones among the few options we shortlisted in the last minute, hopefully they're comfortable as we're travelling with our baby.
