I found out by accident that taking tyrosine before getting in the sun did tan me. I normally turn a little red when I first get in the sun but with tyrosine I only tan darker and darker.

You should NEVER take acv straight up. Eventually it will damage your esophagus. ALWAYS dilute it with purified water. I take 2 tbs of acv every morning with 16 oz of water, organic lemon juice, organic honey…and some other ingredients every morning at least an hour before breakfast.

I had this test done for an IBS Study in my state. The study was from September 2023 to December 2023. This test told me exactly what my body did not like and what foods I should avoid, as well as what foods I really had no reaction to that were "Green" for me. The results changed my life. After finding out about "yellow" and "red" category foods - wheat, asparagus, soybean, banana, maple, cheddar & american cheese, my whole life changed when I cut those out. I was no longer in the restroom for hours each week, no longer had horrible stomach cramps, and I've been able to live my life well.

I took the mrt and man all of the foods that don’t cause me problems, well it said that it does causes me problems and the foods that I end up feeling sick after eating that do cause me problems, came out to be ok for me to eat them🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤣🤣like WTF!! It literally said I’m allergic to all normal animal protein such as turkey, chicken, beef and pork😂😂 so it wanted me to have a vegan diet, when my freaking functional medicine doctor and nutritionist both told me that I need to eat more animal protein, especially organ meat and now they’re telling me to be vegan and canola oil is ok for me to eat, even though I feel like shit when I use canola oil🤦🏻♀️
