@magaoca. Not episode, Cardcaptor Sakura the movie 2, the continuation of the series. It was the movie Tomoyo created, with Sakura using her cards to create the monster/villains

@william dearth. I believe it was when she had to fight the magically enchanted bear. Sakura knew she could only use her wand for one thing, either sword to cut off the magical spot or fly to get up to the spot, but she needed both so she willed her magic to make wings for herself so she could use the wand as sword. And nicely done AMV!!
