I thought about scholar cowl as it's an extra defensive, but when chasing someone if they don't hit you and you don't have energy scholar cowl is bad, you'd have to aggro mobs to use scholar cowl for energy

this build use muisak(offhand) tier7.3 physical attack +25%, healing cast +25% but ability cost reduction -31% It just The problem is when you play bloodletter+muisak(offhand) you can't restore energy enough by cloth shoes. i use royal cowl to reduce the energy cost to 0.
